Simple Guidelines for Positive Affirmations to win over Stage Fright


In order to get the most use out of a positive affirmation, you need to follow these simple guidelines.

  • Use an affirmation that has a personal meaning for you.
  • Choose an affirmation that you either believe or want to believe.
  • Word the affirmation in a positive way instead of a negative way.
  • Provide yourself reminders of the affirmation.
  • Keep the affirmation short enough that you can easily remember it word for word.
  • Repeat the affirmation often, especially when you feel stage fright starting to occur.
