Components of Stage Fright




* Anticipation: unrealistic thoughts and mental images you experience before a scheduled performance.

* Avoidance: when you try your best to avoid performance situations because of your fear.

* Anxiety and Panic: labored breathing, sweating, racing heart and dizziness, negative thoughts

* Appraisal: negative conclusions about your performance.
